“Neither art nor wisdom can be achieved if they are not taught”

“Neither art, nor wisdom can be achieved if they are not taught” – Democritus of Abder

More and more often, I began to understand that my profession is my own path of self-discovery. The depth of reflection on art, the desire to reveal the artist’s language, to understand his thought, to experience it, to find oneself in it, to rethink or just stay in it, the same as with any situation in life. Developing emotional intelligence, and with it adaptability in our rapidly changing world, is as important as the ability to read and write. The beauty is that everyone sees and feels differently, but something must be a catalyst for us to start sharing a vision, accepting the vision of another, listening, hearing, learning, becoming wiser …

Through Artwin, I discovered and deeply merged with the work of several Russian artists:
Tima Radya is the embodiment of life philosophy in Cyrillic words.
Gulnur Mukazhanova is the tenderness of female hands, tactility, empathy, all-embracing.
Artem Filatov – jewelry monumentality and the devil in details.

Having placed a set of such qualities in your home, living in it, contemplating them every day, you cannot help but take it upon yourself … you cannot but learn it. How can you not but learn a lesson from the book you have read by putting it on the shelf? The last, by the way, was the “Sovereign” of Machiavelli.

I like to discover my world and its versatility, as much as I like when something is opened for me.
